"Software Engineering: A Beginner's Guide" is designed so that it may be used as a supplementary text for any introductory programming course or as the primary text for an introductory software engineering course. Because the book is programming language independent, it can be used effectively regardless of the programming language that is used for instruction. The book can also be used for any course that requires software project work in which the instructor demands application of software engineering principles.
